Luciano Lewis Age

Luciano Lewis is 16-years-old.

Charged with the murder

According to the minutes of the local court, he will be sentenced on October 15. Luciano Lewis was tried when he was an adult, when he was 14 at the time of the murder.

He is the second of three minors charged with the murder of the elderly in a failed robbery on January 1.

In a court statement, Lewis said she did not know Majors was dead until the next day, but said she saw co-accused Rashaun Weaver repeatedly stab her in the chest, reports The New York Post.

Lewis worked with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office against a prime suspect. Zayirr Davis, a 14-year-old boy, is the third child to be affected by the attack.

Last year, as a minor, he pleaded guilty to first-degree theft and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

According to court

Prosecutors said Weaver, Lewis and Davis were trying to rob someone when they drove to Morningside Park on December 11, where they saw elderly people.

The majors screamed for help and tried to protect themselves from the three children, while Lewis allegedly held them in a head-blocking position.

Lewis claims that, according to court documents, Weaver was the one who stabbed Major after seeing his quilted feathers fly in the air.

The Majors collapsed onto the stairs at street level after being stabbed. She was pronounced dead in the hospital.

Davis said he gave Weaver a knife that the elderly killed when they arrived at the park, long before he knew about it, according to his video of the confession.

Before sentencing, he told the judge: “I went to Morningside Park in Manhattan with Rashaun and Lucci. “We went to the park to rob someone. My friend dropped a knife in the park. I took the knife and handed it to Rashaun.

Another robbery

Police said last September that Weaver confessed to the brutal murder during a phone call with his father, Clifford Weaver, who was then behind bars in the Northern State for violating probation.

Weaver was also charged with another robbery that took place four days before Mayors’ death.

“The accused basically claimed that he was in the park, trying to take the girl’s phone, and ‘she was on the phone’ and stabbed her,” the court documents say.

Elder Weaver has a long history of theft and drug charges and was in Mohawk Correctional Facility at the time of the phone call.

Last September, Weaver was indicted by a grand jury for yet another violent robbery that police said was withheld from police as a suspect in the murder of the elders.

According to the indictment, Weaver and his 14-year-old partner Kate Bonds beat and robbed a man on Valentine’s Day in East Harlem.

The alleged victim was lured to 65 East 112th Street with an offer to buy a cell phone from Bonds, but was severely beaten and robbed according to the indictment.

Weaver, who was wearing a black ski mask, distracted the victim by asking if he had marijuana before Weaver, Bonds and two unidentified accomplices attacked the man and stole $ 130, his cell phone and his shoes, according to prosecutors.

At the time, he was already questioned by the police about the deaths of the elderly, but was released without charge.
